ShopMaster Lite automates the information management process. At the end of each trading session, ShopMaster Lite collects and processes sales data from the EPOS terminal providing the option to generate a variety of reports.

Stock Control Management

Stock management is maximised, with the stock level of each product calculated according to deliveries, sales and returns, whilst stock variance figures can be quickly isolated. Products can be allocated minimum and maximum stock levels. Therefore, once a particular product line reaches minimum stock levels, ShopMaster Lite will automatically generate the relevant order. Alternatively, if maximum stock levels are reached, an up-to-level order is automatically generated.

Automated Order Process

Time that was previously spent manually creating orders can now be spent more productively. Orders can be sent to a printer providing a hard copy which can then be checked on delivery. Full details of all outstanding and pending orders are provided, along with summaries available to cover every part of the ordering process. This feature assists in general accounting and provides statistical back-up for supplier negotiations over optimum discount terms.

Tight Margin Control

Margins can be firmly controlled on an item-by-item basis, with the system suggesting a new selling price when a change in cost price is detected. The resulting wealth of statistical information gathered, highlighting profits and margins by item, is invaluable for making business decisions.

Audit Anytime

ShopMaster Lite features a full audit trail, which shows the cash in draw against recorded sales for each EPOS terminal, highlighting any variances. Using this feature in conjunction with such reports as `Hourly Sales’ renders tighter cash control and improved documentation of cash movements.
